Patronage Direct Deposit & E-Sign / Delivery

We are updating our records so we can serve you more efficiently, securely, and in a timely manner. Please review the options below and complete your selections if you would like to opt in for either of the following:

• ACH direct deposit for annual patronage distribution
• Electronic signatures and electronic delivery of records and disclosures

You may choose either or both options. Each option will require a separate selection and signature.

Beginning with patronage distribution in 2028, ACH direct deposit will be the required method for receiving annual patronage distributions. If you do not enroll now, we will contact you later for updated payment instructions.

ACH Direct Deposit for Patronage Distributions

• If you choose ACH direct deposit, you authorize River Valley AgCredit to send eligible annual patronage distributions directly to the bank account you provide. Direct deposit may help you receive funds faster and reduce the risk of lost, delayed, or stolen checks.

Consent to Electronic Signatures and Electronic Delivery

• This consent applies to records, notices, disclosures, agreements, authorizations, forms, and other communications related to your existing and future loans, applications, servicing activity, shareholder relationship, patronage activity, and other business with River Valley AgCredit, except for records that applicable law, regulation, contract, or Association policy requires us to provide in paper form.

Hardware and Software Requirements

• You must have an active email address, internet access, a computer or mobile device with a current web browser, software capable of opening PDF documents, and the ability to save or print electronic records. If these requirements materially change in a way that may affect your ability to access or retain electronic records, we will provide updated information and, where required, obtain new or confirmed consent. 

After we receive this form, we will send confirmation to the email address provided. Each person must open the electronic record and confirm their consent electronically before River Valley AgCredit begins relying on this consent to deliver legally required records electronically.

How to Update Your Information, Withdraw Consent, or Request Paper Copies

You may decline or withdraw this consent without charge. Declining or withdrawing consent will not affect your eligibility for credit, loan terms, borrower rights, shareholder rights, or your existing relationship with River Valley AgCredit. After withdrawal becomes effective, records covered by this consent will be provided in paper form or another legally permitted manner.

Withdrawal will become effective after we receive the request and have a reasonable period to process it. Withdrawal will not affect the validity of electronic records or signatures provided before the withdrawal becomes effective.
