Loan & Lease Eligibility

Farmers and Rural Homeowners

We serve big farms, small farms, part-time growers, first-time farmers, hobby farms, land buyers, and rural homeowners.

Agricultural Businesses

We also provide financing for businesses that process or market agricultural products, as long as farmers own more than 50% of the business and those farmers supply at least some of the products that flow through the business.

We can also lend to businesses that provide services to farmers, with eligibility based on the percentage of income tied to farm-related services.

Examples may include ag service providers, livestock processors, grain, feed, or input suppliers, and ag transportation and hauling companies.
